Welcome to DaloyCash! Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using our mobile application ("App") or services. By accessing or using DaloyCash, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Definitions

  • DaloyCash refers to our mobile lending platform operated by the Company, providing short-term loan services to eligible users in the Philippines.
  • User refers to any individual who registers, accesses, or uses the services provided by DaloyCash.
  • We, Us, or Company refers to the entity operating DaloyCash.

2. Services Provided

DaloyCash offers the following services:

Online registration and identity verification

1. Loan application, approval, and disbursement

2. Repayment scheduling and reminders

3. Customer service and dispute resolution

3. User Eligibility

To use DaloyCash, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity;
  • Be a resident of the Philippines with valid government-issued ID;
  • Have a reliable source of income or demonstrated repayment capability;
  • Provide accurate and truthful personal and contact information.

4. User Responsibilities

As a user of DaloyCash, you are expected to act responsibly and comply with all our terms and conditions. You must use the platform in a lawful manner, provide honest information, and ensure timely repayments. Misuse of our services may result in account suspension or legal consequences.

5. You agree to provide true, accurate, and up-to-date information at all times.

You must always provide truthful, accurate, and current information when registering or applying for services. This includes personal details, financial data, and any documentation. Inaccurate or misleading information can lead to denial of services, termination of your account, or legal action depending on the severity of the misrepresentation.

6. You agree to repay loans on or before the due date. Late payments may incur additional fees or affect your credit history.

It is your responsibility to repay all loans on time as agreed. Failure to do so may result in extra charges, penalties, or negative reporting to credit bureaus. Timely repayment helps maintain a good credit standing and ensures continued access to DaloyCash services in the future.

7. You agree not to use DaloyCash for any unlawful purposes, including but not limited to fraud or money laundering.

You must never use DaloyCash for illegal activities such as fraud, identity theft, or money laundering. Engaging in unlawful conduct will lead to immediate account suspension, reporting to legal authorities, and possible prosecution. DaloyCash has a zero-tolerance policy towards any form of criminal misuse.

8. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Your DaloyCash account details, including your password, must be kept secure and confidential. You are fully responsible for all activities conducted through your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or suspicious activity to prevent misuse or potential financial loss.

9. Loan Terms

  • Loan Amount: Based on your credit profile and eligibility;
  • Loan Term: As stated in the specific loan offer;
  • Interest & Fees: Interest & Fees: Fully disclosed prior to acceptance of the loan;
  • Repayment Method: Through bank transfer, e-wallet, or designated payment channels.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012:

  • Your information is used strictly for the purpose of loan processing and service delivery;
  • We do not sell or share your data with third parties without your consent;
  • You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data by contacting us.

11. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, designs, content, and technology used in the DaloyCash platform are the exclusive property of the Company. You may not copy, modify, reproduce, or exploit any part of the App without written permission.

12. Disclaimer of Liability

  • While we strive to ensure service availability, we are not liable for any disruptions caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, technical issues, or regulatory changes.
  • Users are solely responsible for any loss resulting from their own actions or failure to comply with these Terms.

13. Suspension or Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in suspicious or fraudulent activity.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through amicable negotiations. If negotiations fail, either party may bring the dispute before the appropriate courts in Manila, Philippines.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or revise these Terms at any time. Changes will be announced within the App or via notification. Continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
