Terms and Conditions

As a user of the System (“User” or “you”), you understand that the System provides access among multiple users, including financial institutions, data partners, other lending partners, borrowers, service providers, and more, to facilitate lending activities and to offer various financial products such as insurance, among others. The term "User" refers to any individual using the System, including borrowers, lenders, financial institutions, regulated entities, data partners, and other partners. Your use of this platform indicates that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the following disclaimer, terms, and conditions ("Terms and Conditions"). These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, apply to your use of the System and the terms governing your purchase of products (“Products”) from the System. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, please do not use the System

To Improve Service Efficiency

We may share your basic information with our shared data systems. This collaboration helps ensure a faster review process, more accurate loan outcomes, and better risk management.

For Communication Matters

If we are unable to reach you due to poor network connection or lack of response, we will continue our attempts to contact you. After 3 days without communication, we may reach out to the emergency contacts you provided in your application to assist us in contacting you.

General

The System provides access to an online platform that connects users, financial institutions, data partners, and other partners who agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. The APP merely facilitates a platform for individuals seeking financial products. The APP offers its users various types of personal financial products as defined in the relevant sections below. The APP serves as a service provider that facilitates access and may assist in lending activities for those in need. The final lending decision is subject to the choices made by each user in their capacity as lender, borrower, or user of other financial products available through the System. The APP displays various products offered by its partners or via the platform. In addition, the APP provides other services related to data analysis under these Terms and Conditions.

1. Services Provided by the APP

The APP offers various services, including but not limited to:

  • Facilitating users to buy and sell products on its platform.
  • Assisting users in obtaining their credit reports through authorized agents partnered with the APP.When the APP receives such reports from Authorized Agents, it will track and update the Customer’s credit reports obtained through the System.
  • Providing support to users in verifying their financial capability.
  • Integrating with Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, or any other social media account associated with the User’s account on the Platform.

    • To provide the above services, the APP will use user information and may share it with various financial institutions and third parties, as necessary. The collection, storage, use, and distribution of information will be governed by our Privacy Policy.

2.Eligibility

The user of this platform explicitly declares and agrees that they are a natural or legal person who is at least 18 years old and legally permitted to enter into a contract in the Philippines. Users are allowed to use the Services in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth below. By registering on the platform, the user voluntarily agrees to comply with these Terms and Conditions. If the user violates any of these terms or breaches any agreements established through the platform, the APP may terminate the user’s membership, delete their personal data and any content posted on the platform, and/or prohibit the user from accessing the System at any time, with or without notice. This includes, but is not limited to, users under the age of 18.

3.Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

As a user of the System, you have agreed to the terms and conditions provided in this Agreement or elsewhere on the System, including but not limited to the System Disclaimers. You are advised to read and understand these Terms and Conditions. If you do not wish to agree to these terms, please do not use the platform. The APP reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these Terms and Conditions at any time without written notice to you. It is your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions periodically for any updates or changes. Continued use of the APP after modifications constitutes your acceptance of the changes.

4.Your Account

You can access and update much of the information you provide in the "Dashboard" section of your account by logging in or contacting us. The right to use the System is personal to you and may not be transferred to any other person or entity. You are required to comply with these Terms and Conditions at all times. Any violation may result in the suspension or termination of your account by the APP. Additionally, appropriate legal actions may be pursued against you in accordance with Philippine law.

5.Privacy

The APP collects certain information from you to provide the Services. The use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.

6.License and Access

The APP grants you a limited, non-transferable license to access and use the System solely to benefit from the Services. You are not permitted to download any materials from the System (except for temporary page caching) or modify any part of the System. Any unauthorized access to the Platform, or any network, server, or computer system connected to the Platform, and any attempt to modify, translate, or reverse engineer any part of the Platform, is strictly prohibited. This license does not permit resale or commercial use of the Platform or its content. You are not allowed to copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content provided on the Platform without the written consent of the APP.

7.Platform and Account Monitoring

The APP reserves the right to monitor the Platform’s content at any time, including information provided in your account, to verify the accuracy of the information and ensure compliance with these Terms and Conditions. In accordance with these Terms and Conditions, the APP reserves the right to remove any objectionable content that violates these Terms and Conditions or temporarily share such information with any government agency as required by applicable Philippine laws.

8.Service Suspension

The APP may cease providing the Services and terminate your use of the System at any time without prior notice. Upon termination:

(a) The rights and licenses granted under these Terms will cease;

(b) You must immediately stop using the Platform.

The APP reserves the right to suspend or terminate the provision of any service and shall not be held liable if you choose to discontinue using the service.

9.Prohibited Uses

In addition to other prohibitions stated in these Terms and Conditions, you may not use the System:

(a) For any unlawful purpose;

(b) To violate any international, national, or local laws;

(c) To harass, abuse, or discriminate against any person;

(d) To upload or transmit viruses or malicious code;

(e) To collect or track personal information of others without their consent;

(f) To send spam, phishing messages, or bypass security features of the Services.

We reserve the right to terminate your use of the Services or any related website if you violate any of these prohibited uses.

10.Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer

Notwithstanding any provisions to the contrary, the APP, its affiliates, assistants, officers, directors, employees, and any associated parties shall not be liable to you or any other person for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages or any loss of income or profit arising from or related to these Terms and Conditions. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree that the APP has maintained and conducted reviews to ensure the integrity of its users. The APP shall not be liable for any defaults on loans provided by lenders. The lender has the exclusive right to take legal action against a borrower in the event of a default. The APP will make reasonable efforts to assist users in providing information for any legal proceedings but is not responsible for any contractual breaches on behalf of a user. The APP serves solely as an information platform, and you are responsible for conducting your own due diligence before taking any action. The APP makes no representations or warranties on behalf of financial service providers or banks regarding the financial products/loans offered by such partners. The APP is only responsible for service delivery; all responsibilities and obligations concerning financial products offered by partners are governed by separate contracts between the financial partners and users, for which the APP is not liable. The APP is not liable for the accuracy, reliability, completeness, timeliness, or suitability of any content, information, or communications provided on or through the Platform. It is your responsibility to ensure that any content you use is free of harmful elements such as viruses, worms, malware, or Trojan horses. Your use of the Service, including all information, products, and other content available through the Service, is at your own risk. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The APP expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Furthermore, neither the APP nor any third-party service providers or their affiliates shall be liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service. The maximum liability of the APP shall be limited to the amount you pay for the Service.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the APP, its affiliates, contractors, employees, officers, directors, agents, and third-party partners, licensors, and associates from any and all claims, demands, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses—including legal fees—arising from or related to your use or misuse of the Service or Platform, your violation of these Terms and Conditions, or your infringement of any intellectual property or other rights of any person or entity. You agree to cooperate with the APP in defending and resolving such claims. This indemnification obligation shall survive the termination of these Terms and Conditions.

12. Advertisers/Third-Party Links on the Platform

The APP is not responsible for advertisements displayed on the Platform. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content of any website or mobile application linked from the Platform. Such linked websites and mobile apps are provided "as is" and as a convenience to you, without any warranty of any kind, express or implied, regarding the information contained therein. The APP does not endorse or recommend any third-party websites or mobile apps linked through the Platform. Additionally, you acknowledge and agree that content on websites and mobile applications will be synchronized and accessible on both platforms.

13. User Comments, Feedback, and Other Submissions

If, at the APP's request or otherwise, you submit ideas, suggestions, proposals, plans, or other materials (collectively, "Comments")—whether online, by email, or by mail—you agree that we may edit, reproduce, publish, distribute, translate, and otherwise use any Comments you submit at any time without restriction. We are under no obligation to:

1.Keep any Comments confidential;

2.Compensate you for any Comments;

3.Respond to any Comments.

14. Acknowledgment

You agree that the use of financial products is solely based on negotiations between you and third parties. Neither the APP nor its affiliates, contractors, employees, officers, directors, agents, or third-party partners shall be liable for any financial product support provided to you. You acknowledge that the APP is not responsible for any claims or damages arising from the use of financial products. The APP does not guarantee the performance of any third-party service providers offering services through the Platform. It is your responsibility to verify any information provided by users on the Platform. The APP shall not be held liable for any inaccuracies or misrepresentations. You further agree that the APP shall not be liable for any financial claims or damages if a loan is not issued, repaid, misrepresented, or if fraudulent or illegal activity occurs.

15. Governing Law

Your use of the Platform and any legal matters arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines.

16. Policy – Refund and Cancellation

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Our goal is complete customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with the service provided, we will consider issuing a refund provided that the reason is valid and verified through an investigation. Please review the details of each transaction carefully before purchasing, as they contain all necessary information regarding the service or product you are buying.

Cancellation Policy

Requests received at least 2 business days before the end of the current service period will be considered as cancellations for the next service period.

Refund Policy

We will make every effort to develop suitable design concepts for our clients. In the event that you are dissatisfied with our service, you may cancel your product and request a refund. The terms of cancellation and refund are as stated above.
